Our Loan Notes offer a unique income opportunity secured by real estate assets.

All of our Loan Notes operate around strict parameters, including a maximum blended loan to value and maximum concentration to any individual borrower. This ensures you benefit from a diversified pool of assets, coupled with robust lending origination.

Proven Track Record

Amberton have launched and managed nine  Loan Notes to date, of which the first seven have completed their investment cycle, repaying capital and interest in full to our investors. With over £125m managed since inception, you have the comfort of knowing your wealth sits in experienced hands.

Regular Income

The majority of our Note products deliver regularity of income, be it monthly or on the quarter. Feedback from our clients is that this is invaluable for maintaining the lifestyle they seek, be it through fixed return, or providing for retired living.
